Vaikunda Swamikal

Ayya Vazhi:
▪ He introduced Ayya Vazhi, a unique religious way of life, and his followers affectionately called him “Ayya”.
▪ This movement promoted unity and challenged divisions based on caste.
Religious & Social Institutions:
▪ He established Pathis and Nizhal Thankals, which served as temples for those denied entry into ordinary temples, fostering community and spiritual growth for the marginalized.
