- The Andhra Pradesh (AP)Government has issued a modified set of guidelines for the distribution of 25 lakh house sites to urban and rural poor under the Navaratnalu- PedalandarikiIllu (Houses for All Poor) programme.
- Apart from getting necessary approvals under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), It has been working with Housing And Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and other organizations to secure loans.
Highlights
- The beneficiaries with white ration cards will be allotted house sites at a concessional rate of Rs 1& a sum of Rs 20 will be charged (Rs. 10 for stamp paper and Rs. 10 for lamination).
