Kaziranga National Park – Third-highest tiger density
▪ The Kaziranga Tiger Reserve (KTR) in Assam has recorded the third-highest tiger density in India.
▪ 1st- Bandipur Tiger Reserve in Karnataka
▪ 2nd – Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand.
▪ It is the single largest undisturbed and representative area in the Brahmaputra Valley floodplain.
▪ In 1985, the park was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
