▪ India’s military has recently showcased its Integrated Air Command and Control System
(IACCS).
▪ The IACCS is an automated command and control system developed by Bharat Electronics
Limited.
▪ It integrates data from multiple sources. These include ground-based radars, airborne sensors, and communication nodes.

Chairman of the Union Public Service Commission
▪ Former Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar took charge as Chairman of the Union Public Service
Commission (UPSC) on Thursday. He was administered the oath of secrecy by Lt. Gen. Raj
Shukla (Retd.).
▪ Mr. Kumar belongs to the 1985 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of Kerala
Cadre.
