- For the 1sttime India, the City Union Bank (CUB) Limited , one of the leading Indian banks in India, has launched multilingual voice enabled mobile banking application.
- Now the CUB customers can converse with the chat–bot ‘Ask Lakshmi’of the app in Tamil, English, Hindi / Telugu language for their general banking queries including transactions like Balance enquiry, mini statement, fund transfer over voice/text instructions.
