- The salaries paid to Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantees (MGNRENP) in Tamil Nadu, now known as the 100 Day Program, have been increased.
- Recently, according to concessions announced by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, wage increases for Mahatma Gandhi’s National Rural Employment Guarantee (100 Day Work Program).
- Accordingly, from April, it was announced that the wages of employees would be increased to Rs 256. The Central Government has issued a notification regarding this. Previously, the salary was Rs 229.
