India’s Foreign Relations iCET Meeting ▪ India-U.S. Initiative for Critical and Emerging Technology (iCET) dialogue was held recently in New Delhi. ▪ It was chaired by the National Security Advisers of India and US. ▪ The meeting was concluded with a bilateral agreement on furthering the cooperation on critical minerals between the two countries. Note ▪ A critical mineral is one which is essential for modern technologies, economies or national security ▪ India released a list of 30 critical minerals of India in July 2023.
