The Andhra Pradesh (AP)Government has issued a modified set of guidelines for the distribution of 25 lakh house sites to urban and rural poor under the Navaratnalu- PedalandarikiIllu (Houses for All Poor) programme. Apart from getting necessary approvals under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), It has been working with Housing And Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and other organizations to secure loans. Highlights The beneficiaries with white ration cards will be allotted house sites at a concessional rate of Rs 1& a sum of Rs 20 will be charged (Rs. 10 for stamp paper and Rs. 10 for lamination).
