A startup in Chennai, Tamil Nadu has devised an innovative plan using technology to reduce the risk of sanitation workers getting exposed to deadly novel coronavirus, or Covid-19. Also, the aerial vehicle can collect thermal data by using an array of IR sensors and advanced digital technology called EDGE (Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution), thus working as a means to combat the pandemic.
