Every year since 1993, World Water Day is being celebrated on March 22. It is being celebrated to spread the importance of fresh water. The day is celebrated by United Nations as well along with various other organizations all over the world. The theme of World Water Day is Theme: Water and Climate Change.
World Sparrow Day- March 20
To raise the awareness about sparrows and other common birds affected by the environment which are on the verge of extinction.
World Consumer Rights Day observed globally on 15th March

6th International Day of Yoga led by PM Modi to be held in Leh
The Major national event for the 6thInternational Day of Yoga is to be held in Leh, the capital of Ladakh on 21st June, 2020. The event is to be led by PM Modi.
March 3: World Wildlife Day
The 2020 year was earlier announced as"Bio Diversity Super Year. Therefore, several events are being conducted based on biodiversity. It includes World Wildlife Day as well. This year the World Wildlife Day is being celebrated under the theme Theme: Sustaining all Life on Earth.
