▪ The theme for 2025 – “Behind the Mask: Who Heals the Healers?”.
▪ National Doctor’s Day was officially established in 1991 by the Government of India to honour the legacy of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, one of the most prominent figures in Indian medical history.
▪ His commitment to both medicine and public service earned him the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award.
