MGNREGA
MGNREGA is one of the world’s largest job guarantee schemes launched by the Ministry of Rural Development in 2005.
The primary objective of this scheme is to guarantee 100 days of employment per financial year to any adult member of rural households willing to do unskilled manual work in public works.
As of 2022-23, there are 15.4 crore workers under this scheme.
Amrit Bharat Station Scheme
This scheme was launched by the Railway Ministry in December 2022.
The Amrit Bharat Station Scheme is a long-term plan for the gradual upgradation of railway stations across India.
