India’s First Dedicated Website for Pet Animals
▪ Chennai Corporation has launched a new website for integrated management of street dogs,
including microchipping for monitoring, licensing, and rabies vaccination.
▪ The website was inaugurated by Chennai Mayor R. Priya.
▪ Pet animal licenses can be obtained through the website: www.chennaicorporation.gov.in
▪ This is the first such initiative in the country for pet animal management.
