Aim
- To equip one million rural women with the skills to safely use digital platforms within the next three years (by 2029).

Key Features
Cyber Sakhi Model
- Women are trained as Cyber Sakhis (peer educators).
- They spread awareness within their local communities, ensuring grassroots impact.
Delivery Mechanism
- Uses Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for outreach in rural areas.
- Follows a peer-led, community-based model.
- Integrates with existing women’s empowerment programmes (no new infrastructure needed).
Content and Training Approach
- Multilingual, localized content developed by C-DAC.
- Use of audio-visual modules for better engagement.
- Blended learning: combines structured training with community interaction.
