Performance Classification
Based on composite scores, Panchayats are grouped into:
- Achiever (A+): 90 and above
- Front Runner (A): 75 to < 90
- Performer (B): 60 to < 75
- Aspirant (C): 40 to < 60
- Beginner (D): Below 40

- Promotes benchmarking and competitive federalism at grassroots level.

Demographic & Health Indicators
- Sex ratio at birth improved from 904 (2017–19) to 917 (2021–23).
- Infant mortality rate declined steadily for both males and females (2008–2023).

- Rural female LFPR rose significantly from 37.5% to 45.9% (2022–2025).

- Men in managerial roles increased by 73.8% (2017–2025).
- Women in managerial roles increased by 102.54%, indicating faster growth.
