- Establishes an integrated continuum of care from community-level screening to district hospitals and advanced care at medical colleges.

Aarogya Maitri in Jamaica
- Context : India has deployed its flagship Aarogya Maitri in Jamaica, marking a major step in strengthening India–Caribbean relations and humanitarian diplomacy.
- The initiative is part of India’s broader South–South cooperation and India–CARICOM engagement framework, focusing on healthcare, disaster resilience, and capacity building.
- It is implemented under India’s Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) framework, enabling rapid, technology-enabled medical response in partner countries.
- The deployment is coordinated by the National Security Council Secretariat in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, reflecting India’s emphasis on strategic global health partnerships.
