- Madhya Pradesh (MP) Tourism Department is going to organize a 3-day Cultural Festival ‘Namaste Orchha 2020’ in Orchha from March 6 – March 8 ,2020 with the aim to promote MP Tourism through Orchha &especially to attract tourists.
Key Points:
- Orchha is a town in Bundelkhand region,won the award for the best heritage city for 2017-18 at the National Tourism Awards 2017-18 and is already on the shortlist for UNESCO(United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage Sites.
- It is also famous for its unique Ram Raja Temple, built in honour of Lord Ram besides numerous monuments and royal palaces.
