Millets Experience Centre
- Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will inaugurate agri cooperative-NAFED’s exclusive Experience Millets Center at New Delhi.
- The millet experience centre has been designed with a distinct concept for millet-based products featuring a visual display of states that are major millet cultivators.
- It bears recalling that in order to further the cause of Millets, the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare has collaborated with NAFED to successfully commemorate the International Year of Millets (IYM)-2023 through a range of initiatives.

- The National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED) is an organisation of marketing cooperatives for agricultural produce.
- It was established on October 2 ,1958 under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act.
- It was set up with the aim of promoting co-operative marketing of agricultural produce that would benefit farmers.
