ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ meeting
- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar recently attended the opening session of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Foreign Ministers’ meeting in Laos, Cambodia.
- He referred to the bloc as the “cornerstone” of India’s Act East policy and Indo-Pacific
- He also highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 12–point plan for ASEAN and East Asia Cooperation platform.
