K.M. Kader Mohideen receives ‘Thakasal Tamilar’ Award
▪ K.M. Kader Mohideen, leader of the Indian Union Muslim League, has been selected for this year’s ‘Thakasal Tamilar’ (Distinguished Tamil) award by the Tamil Nadu government.
▪ Tamil Nadu Chief Minister will present him with a cheque for Rs. 10 lakhs and a certificate of
appreciation during the Independence Day celebrations.
▪ The ‘Thakasal Tamilar’ award has been given since 2021.
▪ Over the past 4 years, this award has been presented to Sankarayya, Nallakkannu, K. Veeramani, and Kumari Ananthan.
▪ K.M. Kader Mohideen is the editor of ‘Manissudar’ magazine and has worked throughout his life for social harmony.
