DRDO Successfully Tests Air-to-Ground Missile via Drone
The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has developed the ULPGM-V3 missile that can strike ground targets from the air via drone.
The production of this missile has been handed over to Adani and Bharat Dynamics companies.
Three types of missiles – V1, V2, and V3 – have been developed in this category.
These differ in guidance, operation, and strike range capabilities.
DRDO successfully tested this missile at the open-air testing centre in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
