App Launched by Minister Kiran Rijiju
- Kiran Rijiju (Minister of Earth Sciences) launched the ‘Ship Tracking System’ Application while came to Chennai port.
- It was developed by NIOT (National Institute of Ocean Technology).
- He visits the ships Sagar Anveshika (Coastal Research Vessel) and ORV Sagar Nidhi
(Research/Survey Vessel) to inspect the research work of NIOT.
