Indian-made H125 helicopters to roll out from Kolar in 2027
▪ India’s first helicopter final assembly line in the private sector is being established at Vemagal in Kolar district of Karnataka state.
▪ The assembly line is being set up by Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) to manufacture
Airbus H125 helicopters.
▪ This type of helicopter will be used in the icy heights of the country’s Himalayan borders.
