PM-Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY)

▪ Objective
✓ Incentivize employment generation.
✓ Create over 3.5 crore jobs in two years.
▪ Benefits for Employees
✓ First-time employees will get one month’s wage up to ₹15,000.
▪ Benefits for Employers
✓ Incentives for 2 years for creating additional employment.
✓ Extended benefits for another 2 years for the manufacturing sector.
✓ Benefits of scheme would be applicable to jobs created between August 1, 2025, and July 31,
2027.
Jal Jeevan Mission
▪ The Central Government has provided toilet facilities to 95.1% of rural households.
▪ This scheme, launched in 2019, aimed to provide household tap connections to all rural
households in the country by 2024 to supply 55 liters of drinking water per person daily.
