▪ This is the 6th edition, featuring an implementation-focused framework with 66 indicators
Key Highlights
▪ Front Runner States: Five in total-Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu retained this status (down from seven in 2023)
▪ Achievers: Assam and Kerala entered this category with scores between 50-60%
▪ Contenders: States like Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh are in this middle tier.
