- In the 7th Carrom World Cup held in the Maldives, Keerthana from Washermanpet, Chennai, won gold medals in all three categories: singles, doubles, and team events.
Asian Youth Kabaddi Championship 2025
- The Indian women’s kabaddi team won the gold medal at the 3rd Asian Youth Games held in Bahrain. Karthika from Kannagi Nagar, Chennai, was a member of this team.
