World Shooting Championship
- Ravinder Singh, 20, who is serving as a Havildar in the Indian Army, won the gold medal by finishing first in the men’s 50m free pistol category at the ISSF World Shooting Championship 2025 held in Cairo, Egypt.
- India’s Anish Bhanwala won the silver medal at the World Shooting Championship held in Egypt.
