India’s Foreign Policy Government Launches Portal for International Students Central government launched the Study in India (SII Portal) Website. The website will provide an integrated one-stop solution for the student registration and visa application process. Problems in Conduct of Public Elections Common electoral Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said the Law Commission in its 255th report had endorsed introduction of common electoral rolls for parliamentary, assembly and local body elections. The government proposes to have ‘one nation one voter list’ as suggested by the Law Commission. The proposal is under examination of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice.
