5G services in India  Within a year of the introduction of 5G technology, 4 lakh 5G hotspots were set up across the country and rolled out in 97 percent of cities covering 80 percent of the population. Since then, mobile broadband speeds have tripled within a year. With this, India moved up from 118th position to 43rd position in terms of broadband speed. It has also become the second largest producer of mobile phones in the world. Today, India exports electronics worth Rs.2 lakh crore annually. Google has now announced that it will manufacture its 'Pixel' handsets in India Maritime Economy of India Maritime business plays a major role in the economic development of our country. About 95 per cent of the country's trade in volume and 65 per cent in value takes place through maritime transport. With 40 lakh fishermen, India is the second largest producer of fisheries in the world. There are 2.50 lakh fishing boats here. Maritime Projects of India Samudrayan Project It is India's first unique manned marine mission as part of a Rs 6,000-crore deep-sea initiative. The vehicle 'Matsya 6000' is intended to send three crew members to a depth of 6000 meters to explore deep-sea resources such as minerals. Sagarmala Project The Union Cabinet approved the Sagarmala Project in 2015, which aims at comprehensive port infrastructure development through modernisation, mechanization and computerisation. Forest, wildlife crime management system launched in Karnataka The Karnataka Forest Department, along with the Wildlife Trust of India, has launched the Hostile Activity Watch Kernel (HAWK) system.
