British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has appointed Rishi Sunak as his new Finance Minister. Sunak, 39, who previously served as Chief Secretary to the Treasury, the second in command to the Finance Minister, succeeds Pakistan-born Sajid Javid, who has resigned.
