T.N. forms panel to streamline CMCHIS
- The State government had constituted a committee to streamline the implementation of the
Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme (CMCHIS).
- The Committee is headed by T. Sundararaman, former executive director, National Health System Resource Centre, New Delhi.

T.N. plans to set up centre for advanced manufacturing
- The Tamil Nadu government in collaboration with the World Economic Forum, hosted a public-private discussion for establishing the centre for ‘India Centre for Advanced Manufacturing’ in Chennai.
- The Centre aims to support companies in their innovation, sustainability, and R&D endeavours.
