Parandur Airport
- The Union government has granted its approval for the Parandur site to develop Chennai’s second
- The approval was granted by the Steering Committee on Greenfield Airports following an application from the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO) for the greenfield airport.
- According to a plan prepared by TIDCO, the greenfield airport will be developed at a cost of ₹32,704 crore and built in four phases.

- Single-window system set up for building approval
- Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched a single-window system for building approval which could be obtained based on self-certification.
- The approval could be obtained for,
- Plots of up to 2,500 ft. in size and a built-up area of up to 3,500 sq.ft.
- The construction of residential structures having a ground or ground plus one floor will be eligible for instant registration without the requirements of building permission.
Housing units of TNUHDB, TNHB
- Chief Minister K. Stalin virtually inaugurated over 4,100 housing units constructed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board (TNUHDB) and over 1,400 housing units constructed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) in various locations across the State.

The key demands of the state include
- Release of funds for Chennai Metro Rail project which has been pending for three years,
- Approval for a flyover expressway between Tambaram and Chengalpattu
- Reduction in income tax burden of middle-class
- Approval of the Coimbatore and Madurai Metro Rail projects
- Expediting announced railway projects in Tamil Nadu
- Increase in expenditure limits for houses constructed under rural and urban housing schemes
