- The AamAadmi Party (AAP) led Delhi government announced a helpline number (1031) through which staff delivering essential goods can get e-passes on their mobile phones, which can be used as identification during the lockdown.
- The step comes after various people involved in essential services including vegetable vendors, grocery, milk vendors, pharmacy, e-commerce delivery personnel were being allegedly harassed by the police while conducting their duties.
