The AamAadmi Party (AAP) led Delhi government announced a helpline number (1031) through which staff delivering essential goods can get e-passes on their mobile phones, which can be used as identification during the lockdown. The step comes after various people involved in essential services including vegetable vendors, grocery, milk vendors, pharmacy, e-commerce delivery personnel were being allegedly harassed by the police while conducting their duties.
