Translocation of Tigers
The Maharashtra forest department is planning to translocate tigers from Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) in Chandrapur district to Sahyadri Tiger Reserve (STR).
The move aims to revive the population of tigers in STR.
