App Launched by Minister Kiran Rijiju Kiran Rijiju (Minister of Earth Sciences) launched the ‘Ship Tracking System’ Application while came to Chennai port. It was developed by NIOT (National Institute of Ocean Technology). He visits the ships Sagar Anveshika (Coastal Research Vessel) and ORV Sagar Nidhi (Research/Survey Vessel) to inspect the research work of NIOT.
