IRCTC ‘ASKDISHA’ upgraded to converse with Railway Customers in Hindi Language

Indian Railways Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) upgraded ASKDISHA(Digital Interaction to Seek Help Anytime) in Hindi language by voice as well as text in order to enhance the customer services and also converse with customers in the e-ticketing site (irctc.co.in) About ASKDISHA: In order to resolve the queries of railway passengers over the internet related to the various services offered, IRCTC introduced Artificial Intelligence based ASKDISHA chatbot in October 2018, for the benefit of the users of the ticketing website and tourism website (irctctourism.com).
