Books by 8 scholars were nationalised The state government announced that the Literary Works of eight Tamil scholars were nationalized. It is important that the literary works of Tamil Scholars should be made available to all. Hence the writings of the best Tamil scholars are nationalised by Government. The solatium will be given to their legal heirs having regard to the number of books written by them, their social impact and their literary value. The scholars whose books were nationalised are Nellai S. Diwan Viduthazhai Rajendran Na. Mammadhu Nellai Kannan Kantharvan alias Nagalingam Somalae Dr. N. Rajaiah Thanjai Prakash
