Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar launched the 'Kisan Rath' mobile app so that farmers can easily transport their goods from home to mandis during the lockdown due to Kovid-19. On the app, farmers will have to give details of the quantity of goods. After that the network company providing transport facilities will send the details of truck and fare to the farmers to deliver that goods. After confirmation, the farmers will get details of the transporters on the app and they can negotiate with the transporters and finalize the deal to take the produce to the market.
