Mayor of Srinagar Junai Azim Mattu announced that the Srinagar has joined the list of ‘Open Defecation Free (ODF)’ cities. Swachata certificate: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir received its Swachata certificate from Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Central Government and joins the list of cities that are now ‘OPEN DEFECATION FREE’. Achievement of Srinagar: Srinagar receives 45th Rank in Cleanest cities in the country.
