Ministry of Home Affairshas sanctioned Rs.365 crores for constructing New Integrated Check Post (ICP) of about 130 km at Sabroom, Tripura. This is the second Integrated Check Postto be built along the Indo-Bangla border. Key Points: This Integrated Check Post is built to link the bridge of river Feni with Chittagong division of the neighbouring country. The Akhaura Integrated Check Post is the First check post built in the Indo-Bangla border at Agartala, Tripura in 2013.
