Exercise KHAAN QUEST

  • Origin: Launched in 2003 as a joint exercise between the United States and Mongolia, it evolved into a multinational peacekeeping exercise in 2006.
  • Host: Conducted by the Mongolian Armed Forces.
  • Objective: Aims to strengthen peacekeeping skills, improve interoperability among participating forces, and boost military preparedness in line with Chapter VII of the UN Charter.
  • Exercise KHAAN QUEST 2026, scheduled to be held from 20 June to 3 July at the Five Hills Training Area in Ulaanbaatar, mongolia.
