Exercise KHAAN QUEST Origin: Launched in 2003 as a joint exercise between the United States and Mongolia, it evolved into a multinational peacekeeping exercise in 2006. Host: Conducted by the Mongolian Armed Forces. Objective: Aims to strengthen peacekeeping skills, improve interoperability among participating forces, and boost military preparedness in line with Chapter VII of the UN Charter. Exercise KHAAN QUEST 2026, scheduled to be held from 20 June to 3 July at the Five Hills Training Area in Ulaanbaatar, mongolia.
