About Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission Launched in 2021 to create a digital health ecosystem by providing every citizen with a unique ABHA Health ID for easy and secure access to electronic health records. Implemented by: National Health Authority (NHA) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Key Features: ABHA ID: Unique digital health identity for every citizen. Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR): National database of registered healthcare professionals.Health Facility Registry (HFR): Digital directory of hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies Unified Health Interface (UHI): Enables seamless access to digital healthcare services Data Security: Protects health data in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
