Initiatives / Schemes CM inaugurates Restored Victoria Public Hall in Chennai Built in 1888 in the Indo Saracenic architectural style, the hall named after Queen Victoria. It has been a major venue for social movement gatherings and political meetings, including those of the Justice Praty. It is widely regarded as the cradle of Dravidian Movement.
