Latest inventions in science and technology India's First Private Navigation Centre ISRO Chairman V. Narayanan inaugurated the Ananth Centre of Excellence for Navigation (ACEN) in Thiruvananthapuram. ACEN is India’s first private-sector navigation innovation centre, set up by Ananth Technologies. The centre strengthens India’s push for indigenous, secure and self-reliant navigation systems. Navigation tech is crucial for missiles, aircraft, ships, satellites and modern defence systems. ACEN supports India’s Vision 2035 for comprehensive self-reliance in navigation across defence, space, and civilian sectors. The initiative strengthens Atmanirbhar Bharat by reducing imports and building trusted home-grown navigation systems.
