Innovators Business Environment Index 2026 Context: StartupLink has released the Innovators Business Environment Index (IBEI) 2026. The US topped the list with a score of 100, followed by Singapore at 2nd and the UK at 3rd. India ranked 54th globally with a score of 55.035, ahead of China at 85th.
