Special Intensive Revision (SIR) The Election Commission of India (ECI) launched the second phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. It covers nine States and three Union Territories, involving around 51 crore voters. States: Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal Union Territories: Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Puducherry.
