The Central Finance Ministry released a new logo for RRBs. The Ministry of Finance recently released a new logo to signify a unified and integrated brand identity for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). RRB Origin: It was established under the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976, based on the recommendations of the Narasimhan Committee (1975) on rural credit. Prathama Grameen Bank was the first Regional Rural Bank, established on October 2, 1975.
