Merger of 2 profit making finance corporations The State government has ordered the merger of two profitmaking Non-Banking Financial Companies Tamil Nadu Power Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (TNPFC) under Energy Department. Tamil Nadu Transport Development Finance Corporation Limited (TDFC) under Transport Department. TNPFC and TDFC are brought under the control of the Finance Department.
